Job summary

Epiroc Mexico is seeking an experienced Payroll Chief to join our Human Resources team in Mexico City. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of Mexican labor and tax regulations, and proven experience overseeing payroll operations through external service providers.

You will ensure payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a superior employee experience while partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders in a hybrid Polanco-based work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll management experience, or 3 years as HRBP responsible for payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation, labor regulations, income tax, social security, and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing and supervising outsourced payroll providers.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll and time-management systems (UltiPro/Kronos or equivalent).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
