Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading end-to-end PM projects.
• Ability to collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Accountability, change management and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Advanced English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects in region.
• Coordinate with HR colleagues across locations to deliver programs.
• Apply PM skills to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure delivery meets local regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide country insights to inform Centers of Excellence.
• Support restructuring activities with planning and consultations.
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
