Hitachi Energy is seeking an Account Manager to build trusted partnerships with customers and help shape long-term business success. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, understand customer needs, and position Hitachi Energy solutions to create real value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships as the main customer contact
• Understand customer needs and translate them into value-based solutions
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Track market trends, competition, and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in CRM systems
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
