Element Fleet Management is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to establish program enrollment for new and existing clients and ensure accurate billing. You will analyze enrollment changes and implement updates for a diverse client portfolio, supporting product set-ups and ongoing program changes.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to research issues and provide independent judgments.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent experience
• Works well within a team and individually
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to give attention to detail and prioritize work
• Resourceful; able to research, resolve problems and make independent judgments
• Ability to communicate effectively to internal stakeholders
• Highly organized and deadline driven

Responsabilidades

• Processing enrollment requests; correcting enrollment errors; product-specific support; act as SME for products alignment
• Collaboration with product areas on set-up details and program changes
• Inter/Intradepartmental project execution and support, including onboarding training
• Other duties as assigned
