Element Fleet Management is seeking a detail-oriented enrollment specialist to establish program enrollment for new and existing clients, ensuring billing accuracy. You will analyze enrollment changes for a portfolio of customers and participate in projects to adjust enrollment as programs evolve.

Responsibilities include processing enrollment requests, collaborating with product teams on setup details, and supporting cross-functional project execution and onboarding training.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent experience.
• Works well within a team and individually.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to give attention to detail and prioritize work.
• Resourceful; able to research, resolve problems and make independent judgments.
• Ability to communicate effectively to internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized and deadline driven.

Responsabilidades

• Process enrollment requests and correct enrollment errors; provide product-specific support as SME for product alignment.
• Collaborate with product areas on set-up details and program changes.
• Participate in inter/intradepartmental project execution and onboarding training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
