Element Fleet Management México is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to drive accurate program enrollment for new and existing clients, enabling precise billing and smooth onboarding. You will analyze enrollment changes and support program evolution with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to research and resolve issues independently in a hybrid work setting. Team collaboration and client focus are essential.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent experience.
• Works well within a team and individually.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to give attention to detail and prioritize work.
• Resourceful; able to research, resolve problems and make independent judgments.
• Ability to communicate effectively to internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized and deadline driven.

Responsabilidades

• Processing enrollment requests; correcting enrollment errors. Product specific support. Act as SME for products alignment.
• Collaboration with product areas on set-up details and program changes.
• Inter/ Intradepartmental Project execution and support, including onboarding training.
• Other duties as assigned.
