Solvo Global Careers is seeking an experienced EDI Support Analyst to join our team in a hybrid environment. The role supports EDI operations, enrollment administration, data reconciliation, and system maintenance for employee benefits programs.

The ideal candidate will handle large datasets across Salesforce, Employee Navigator, Outlook, and Excel while maintaining accuracy and timely communication with clients and internal teams.

Formación

• 2–3 years in EDI support, benefits administration, enrollment operations, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Experience with data reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Inbox & Request Management: monitor, triage, categorize, and respond to tickets.
• Enrollment & EDI Support: maintain renewal feeds, verify weekly EDI transmissions, resolve discrepancies.
• Administrative Support: update data in Salesforce; assist with carrier password resets.
• Reporting & Analysis: generate monthly renewal reports and track EDI trends.
