Element Fleet Management is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to establish program enrollment for new and existing clients, enabling accurate billing and updates as programs evolve. You will analyze enrollment changes and support a portfolio of customers with precision.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. A hybrid work model and team-based environment are offered.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to communicate effectively to internal stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and independent work capability.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Processing enrollment requests and correcting enrollment errors; act as SME for product alignment.
• Collaborating with product areas on setup details and program changes.
• Executing inter-/intradepartmental projects and onboarding training.
• Other duties as assigned.
