Element Fleet Management is seeking an IT professional to set up and maintain computer networks, provide user support, and ensure high availability of network infrastructure across Mexico offices. You will install domain images, configure servers, routers, switches, and coordinate with North American teams to deliver reliable IT service.

Formación

• BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience in help desk support, infrastructure, and network engineering.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain computer networks and related IT infrastructure.
• Provide onsite and remote user support across Mexico offices.
• Record onboarding/offboarding activities and manage IT assets.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot outages.
• Collaborate with DSS, Telecom, Network, Servers, Data, and Applications teams.
