Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in a hybrid role based in Santa Catarina, NL, Mexico. You will manage complex customer inquiries, coordinate with sales, production, and logistics, and support on-time delivery through proactive issue resolution and accurate data handling.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in customer service or order management within manufacturing, strong SAP skills, and advanced English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Experience using SAP and strong planning, coordination, and demand management skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone and electronic communication.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, shipping, and contract manufacturing teams to support order fulfillment and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, invoicing, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and update databases to support reporting and operational needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes while supporting on-time delivery and business performance.
