One Mobility Group seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Mexico, Comonfort, Guanajuato. You will maintain customer communications, process data via PDFs/EDI, and manage demand in SAP while coordinating shipping plans and deliveries with the warehouse team.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, SAP know-how in logistics, and advanced English; proficiency in MS Excel/Office is essential. Attractive salary and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• SAP knowledge in sales, logistics, and customer service modules.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular communication with customers according to requirements.
• Receive customer data via PDFs, EDI, or portals; analyze and feedback demand changes.
• Update SAP with manual demand and firm purchase orders; monitor EMFOR errors.
• Create shipping plans and coordinate with Warehouse; follow up on execution.
• Monitor shipments for on-time/accurate delivery; communicate issues.
• Send post-shipment documentation (packing lists, invoices, ASN and more).
• Create Scheduling Agreements, Sales Orders, and Stock POs in SAP.
• Monitor past due balances with customers.
• Request freight pickups or create transportation orders; support carriers and BOL.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
