Carrier seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for plant operations in Santa Catarina, NL, Mexico. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and branding teams to attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

The role requires at least 5 years in talent acquisition, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and fluency in English. On-site position with strong emphasis on process optimization and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define effective hiring strategies.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions aligned with business priorities.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Support employer branding initiatives and provide market insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
