SIG Combibloc Group Ltd seeks a Spare Parts Customer Service Analyst in Mexico City to support the customer service, inventory and operations teams. Responsibilities include processing orders in SAP/SAE, ensuring on-time delivery, and coordinating with the Inventory Coordinator and Operations for efficient spare parts fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years in supply chain with a strong emphasis on inventory planning and customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related analytical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in Supply Chain functions with strong involvement in inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Experience in customer service and after-sales support environments is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Spare Parts Customer Service support across Customer Service, Customer Relations, Inventory and Operations.
• Enter and manage customer purchase orders in SAP/SAE systems and maintain documentation.
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery; notify stakeholders of delays.
• Collaborate with Inventory Coordinator and Operations to fulfill spare parts orders.
• Identify orders requiring special handling such as emergency or oversized shipments.
