Placements24 is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to support customers in a hybrid role based in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining excellent service.

The role emphasizes building rapport, problem-solving, and collaborating with sales and support teams to ensure a positive customer experience. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at building rapport and establishing trust with customers.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote workdays.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays, in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, MX.

Responsibilities
