RS Group in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives across business, process, technology and transformation programs. You will apply ACMP standards, assess impacts, engage stakeholders, and drive readiness and adoption in complex, matrixed environments.

You will partner with leaders, project teams and HR to embed change into plans, develop communications and training, measure adoption, and build change capability across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, HR, psychology, or communications.
• Formal change training or certification (LaMarsh, Prosci, APMG, Kotter, etc.).
• CCMP certification required within 6 months after hire.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in Change Management or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management planning and delivery aligned with ACMP standards.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
• Engage stakeholders and coach leaders to sustain change.
• Develop communications and training programs for adoption.
• Coordinate change activities across projects and workstreams.
• Define and track change adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement.
