Formación

4+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, communications, marketing) or equivalent experience.
Background in digital communication tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in designing and editing communication materials.
Proficiency in using communication software and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media, design software).
Strong analytical skills for evaluating communication data and effectiveness.
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
Commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant laws.
Adaptability and openness to continuous learning.
