RS Group is seeking a Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders, project teams, and HR to ensure people, processes and systems align to intended outcomes, driving adoption and value realization.

Leverage ACMP standards to design, implement and measure change, develop communication and training plans, and build organizational change capability within a complex, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Formal change management training or certification is required.
• CCMP certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Additional certifications in PM, agile, or org development are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and delivery of change management strategies and plans aligned with ACMP standards.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify stakeholder groups and risks.
• Engage stakeholders, coach leaders, and facilitate sponsorship and workshops.
