Infosys Consulting seeks a Principal Consultant to lead technology-focused organizational change management, communications, learning, and/or organizational design across multiple transformation programs in Mexico. The role requires strong SME capabilities, client leadership, and the ability to deliver end-to-end change initiatives that enable business continuity and value realization.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; Masters preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Organization Change Management, Communications, Learning, and/or Organizational Design.
• Candidates authorized to work in Mexico without visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver change programs on large-scale technology-enabled transformations.
• Manage client interactions, expectations, and value propositions; provide SME leadership.
• Project-manage resources, timelines, budgets, and risks; report status and issues.
• Guide teams, foster collaboration, and ensure high-quality deliverables across engagements.
• Engage with pursuit teams to sell organizational change management services as part of larger programs.
• Develop Infosys thought leadership and templates in the OC/L&D/Organizational Design space.
