Infosys Limited in Monterrey is seeking a Principal Consultant with technology-focused Organization Change Management, communications, learning, and organizational design experience to lead workforce transformation programs.

You will design and deliver OCM strategies for large technology-enabled transformations, manage client expectations, and collaborate with sales, delivery teams and senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ years of experience in OCM/learning/organizational design.
• Authorization to work in Mexico without visa sponsorship is welcome to apply; relocate to Monterrey area.
• Experience leading change programs for ERP/ major software implementations and collaboration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive an organizational change management program on large-scale engagements.
• Manage client interactions, set expectations, provide value propositions, and ensure outcomes.
• Project-manage resources, deliverables, timelines and budgets; report risks and issues.
• Mentor teams, build trust, and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with pursuit teams to sell OCM/learning/design services within tech transformations.
