Takeda in Mexico City’s ICC is hiring for a Change Management lead to drive end-to-end change initiatives and communications across digital technology deployments. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, KPI tracking, and scalable change practices within a diverse, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in related specialization area is essential.
• 6+ years of Change Management experience in a global IT setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work with multi-cultural teams and collaborate with key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to other countries/regions when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational implementation of all Change Management services to deliver an Excellent Experience during times of change.
• Execute Change Management and Communications activities to support the adoption of new processes and technology to help achieve our Digital ambitions ensuring an exceptional end user experience.
• Ensure timely and quality Change Management assets delivery, based on a defined strategic approach.
• Manage and monitor the change and suggest reinforcements to support the transition.
