Sanmina in Mexico (Jalisco region) is seeking a Human Resources Representative 2 to monitor compliance with employee rights, ensure safe working conditions, conduct necessary investigations, and prepare documentation including recommendations on disciplinary actions.

You will lead absenteeism campaigns, administer workplace discipline, provide timely data to HR management on absenteeism trends, oversee the personnel census, and track training, EHS, and safety metrics with follow-up actions.

Formación

• Knowledge of Federal Labor Law and related labor codes.
• Understanding of Social Security Law and INFONAVIT requirements.
• Proficiency in interviewing techniques for staff assessments.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology and workplace organization.
• Strong human relations and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of general employee procedures and disciplinary processes.

Responsabilidades

• Absenteeism management campaigns to reduce absenteeism.
• Discipline administration including sanctions and/or terminations.
• Provide weekly/monthly absenteeism data to HR management.
• Administer personnel census and keep records up to date.
• Monitor and track Training, EHS, and Safety metrics; propose actions.
• Receive reports and concerns from workers and coordinate action plans.

Job Description

Human Resources Representative 2

Responsible for monitoring compliance with employee rights and obligations within the company, ensuring optimal working conditions for the performance of assigned duties, conducting necessary investigations, preparing documentation, and making recommendations—including those regarding disciplinary actions.

• Absenteeism Management: Conduct campaigns to promote and encourage the reduction of absenteeism (As required)
• Workplace Discipline Administration: Apply sanctions and/or contract terminations (As required)
• Provide timely and accurate information to Human Resources management regarding areas with the highest absenteeism rates on a weekly and monthly basis (As required)
• Organizational Development: Responsible for the administration, control, and updating of the personnel census (Daily)
• Monitor and track Training, EHS, and Safety metrics; propose and follow up on action plans (As required)
• Employee Relations: Receive reports, concerns, and complaints from workers regarding services such as transportation and the cafeteria, and request action plans from the responsible parties (Daily)
