Sanmina Corporation is seeking an Human Resources Representative 2 (N) to oversee compliance with employee rights, ensure optimal working conditions, and support investigations and documentation. The role involves handling disciplinary recommendations and related HR actions.

The candidate will monitor attendance, administer workplace discipline, provide weekly insights on absenteeism, and maintain the personnel census, while tracking training, EHS, and safety metrics across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Absenteeism Management: Conduct campaigns to promote and encourage the reduction of absenteeism (As required)
• Workplace Discipline Administration: Apply sanctions and/or contract terminations (As required)
• Provide timely and accurate information to Human Resources management regarding areas with the highest absenteeism rates on a weekly and monthly basis (As required)
• Organizational Development: Responsible for the administration, control, and updating of the personnel census (Daily)
• Monitor and track Training, EHS, and Safety metrics; propose and follow up on action plans (As required)
• Employee Relations: Receive reports, concerns, and complaints from workers regarding services such as transportation and the cafeteria, and request action plans from the responsible parties (Daily)
