Job summary

DRiV Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Tier 2 Administrator to serve as the main contact for complex HRIS transactions, data integrity and system issues within SAP SuccessFactors and related systems. The role focuses on guiding the regional team, coordinating daily workload, and driving process improvements to support HR operations.

You will collaborate with local HR partners, ensure timely processing, and maintain accurate employee data.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in HRIS systems.
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Plans resources and supervises and coordinates the performance of the team in the assigned region, workload, and productivity.
• Provides guidance to team members to manage the outcomes of HR operations and the daily operational workflow.
• Performs quality checks on key/critical transactions processed by the team, as defined in the SLA.
• Provides support in resolving complex issues related to the use of HR technology systems; acts as an escalation point for situations beyond the team’s capabilities and/or for ticket redistribution to COE teams.
• Provides support and documentation for compensation and benefits administration processes, leave management, payroll, promotions/demotions/transfers, and ad hoc salary changes.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of transactions (individually or via mass uploads), including but not limited to employee lifecycle transactions.
• Collaborates with local HR team members to support complex transaction processing activities in accordance with company standards and processes.
• Manages, monitors, and closes cases in alignment with SLAs, and escalates complex cases when needed.
• Audits and identifies areas for improving data integrity.
• Participates in all meetings where their function is required.
• Assists in creating or updating internal training tools and process manuals for team members to maximize the efficient use of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Uses functional and technical knowledge to provide end users with general guidance and informal training.
