BRP in Santiago de Querétaro is looking for a student to support HR processes focused on employee experience. Responsibilities involve onboarding follow-up, KPI management, and various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be studying a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology or a related field, and possess skills in Excel, along with intermediate English proficiency. This position is exclusively for those currently enrolled in their studies.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on onboarding processes and KPIs.
• Support offboarding procedures and disciplinary policy.
• Generate HR dashboards and manage administrative tasks.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Provide HR tools to leaders that support employee experience through KPIs and follow up for better decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid)
• Support offboarding process (resignation letter, checklist, technician exit interview)
• KPI Generation and follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid, turnover, absenteeism, low performance)
• Administrative activities for temporary compensations
• Disciplinary policy follow up
• Dashboard HR

Education

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Psychology or similar.
