BRP in Santiago de Querétaro is looking for a student to support HR processes focused on employee experience. Responsibilities involve onboarding follow-up, KPI management, and various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate should be studying a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology or a related field, and possess skills in Excel, along with intermediate English proficiency. This position is exclusively for those currently enrolled in their studies.

Formación

• Proficiency in Excel and desirable knowledge of Google tools.
• Fluent in Spanish with advanced English skills.
• Organization and problem-solving abilities are crucial.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on onboarding processes and KPIs.
• Support offboarding procedures and disciplinary policy.
• Generate HR dashboards and manage administrative tasks.
