AC WD McD in Mexico City is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources across multinational locations. You will partner with senior leaders, design policies, manage employee relations, and drive talent development.

The role requires strong consulting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex investigations and global workforce planning across borders.

Formación

• Proven HR leadership in multinational environments.
• Experience guiding HR programs across multiple locations.
• Strong investigations and employee relations capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct weekly meetings with business units.
• Consult with line management providing HR guidance.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with objective investigations.
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers.
• Assist intl employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Support restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identify training needs and oversee executive coaching programs.
• Evaluate and monitor training program success.

The HR Manager is an exciting new position for a seasoned Human Resources leader with experience supporting multi-national locations and clients. Responsibilities/ Duties

• Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
• Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
• Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers.
• May assist int'l employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
