Job summary

CEMEX seeks an HR Evolution Analyst to coordinate the transition, stabilization, and evolution of HR processes and technology on a global scale. You will design, test, and improve HR digital solutions while developing AI-powered tools and dashboards for workforce insights.

In this role, you will collaborate with HR, IT, and external providers to drive automation, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful adoption across the organization. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Description

As an HR Evolution Analyst, your main responsibility will be to coordinate the transition, stabilization and evolution resulting from the transformative global effort of human resources processes and technology.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of HR digital solutions, self-service services, and employee support experiences.


• Develop, configure, and govern AI-powered HR solutions, virtual assistants, and conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and SAP Joule and/or related technologies.


• Backoffice Vendor – HR Digital Solutions: gather business requirements, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage stakeholder feedback, and support solution deployment and adoption.


• Partner with HR, IT, Global Enterprise Services, and external providers to identify automation opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies as well as AI capabilities, improve processes, and support HR system integrations.


• Analyze HR operational data, employee feedback, digital adoption, and AI usage to develop dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights on service performance and employee experience.


• Prepare project updates, executive presentations, and progress reports to support decision-making.


• Manage enhancement requests, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes and digital platforms.
