Job summary

You will design and implement AI-powered HR solutions, dashboards and reports, collaborating with HR, IT and vendors to drive continuous improvement of digital platforms.

Fluency in English and Spanish, strong analytical abilities, and experience with Power BI and AI initiatives are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition, stabilization and evolution of HR processes and technology.
• Design, implement, test, and improve HR digital solutions and self-service experiences.
• Develop, configure and govern AI-powered HR solutions and virtual assistants.
• Coordinate UAT and deployment for Backoffice Vendor – HR Digital Solutions.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Global Enterprise Services and external providers on automation opportunities and HR system integrations.
• Analyze HR data to develop dashboards, KPIs and insights on service performance and employee experience.
• Prepare project updates, executive presentations and progress reports.
