Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology and operates globally to modernize dental offices. We seek a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end HR technology projects, collaborating across People Ops, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver impactful outcomes.

You’ll drive configurations, testing, rollout of new tools, and change management to ensure sustainable adoption across the org. PMP/CAPM is a plus, with 4–6 years of PM experience in HR context.

Formación

• 4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in HR/People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG Pro or Workday.
• Strong frameworks and methodologies for project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects.
• Serve as connector between People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT and vendors.
• Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and communications.
• Partner with People Operations and Systems to configure, test, and roll out tools.
• Drive process docs and change management for sustainable adoption.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions with automation and AI.
