We are seeking a gritty, fast-moving Training Enablement Manager to join our Customer Training team, an individual contributor role at the intersection of onboarding, learning design, and change management.

• 3+ years in customer onboarding or adult learning.
• Ability to map inputs into structured workflows.
• Experience driving enablement strategy with senior leadership.
• Proactive, autonomous self-starter.
• Experience influencing cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple roadmaps and align with partners.
• Build enablement systems and content repositories.
• Own onboarding experience for Trainers across geographies.
• Translate product updates into trainer communications.
• Turn tool and process changes into learning.
• Maintain high-quality trainer experience and outcomes.
• Scale coaching and development to enable frontline leaders.
