Dandy is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end HR technology projects, aligning HR systems with business needs. You will coordinate across People Ops, Finance, Legal and IT, driving delivery of HRIS implementations, integrations, and automation.

In this role, you will manage configuration, testing, rollout, and change management to ensure adoption. A background in HR operations and strong communication are essential for success.

Formación

• 4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in HR/People Ops context.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG Pro, Workday or similar).
• Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced scaling environment.
• PM certification (PMP/CAPM) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects (HRIS implementations, integrations, automation).
• Bridge People Ops, Finance, Legal, IT and vendors by translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Systems to configure, test, and roll out new tools and workflows.
• Drive process documentation and change management for sustainable adoption.
• Identify gaps in HR operations and propose process improvements, automation and AI solutions.
