Danfoss is seeking a Project Manager, HRIS & Shared Services to shape HR systems across the Americas. You will connect global HR technology solutions with regional needs to deliver a simpler and more effective employee experience.

Lead projects with HR, IT and external vendors, ensure practical configurations, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Experience managing HR technology or digital HR implementations across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR technology implementation projects across the Americas to deliver high-quality solutions on time and in line with employee and business needs.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to translate requirements into effective system configurations and successful deployments.
• Map and improve HR processes to ensure digital tools are intuitive, integrated, and support efficient ways of working.
• Drive change management and adoption activities to help employees and stakeholders use new technologies with confidence.
• Manage project plans, risks, progress, and stakeholder communication to maintain alignment and achieve measurable outcomes.
