Danfoss is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Reynosa to lead daily logistics operations and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will partner with Operations, Customer Service, Planning, Transportation, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient movement of products.

Formación

• Experience in logistics with a proven track record.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, P01.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across diverse teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead logistics operations to improve service levels and inventory accuracy across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time product shipments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational waste.
• Use data, systems, and analytical problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence in inventory management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, accountability, and safety in logistics operations.
