Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience with data analytics and translating insights into practical improvements.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions, countries, and organizational levels.
• Proactive mindset with confidence to challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with SAP, Anaplan, advanced Excel, or similar tools, plus excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive supply chain improvement initiatives to boost inventory performance, delivery reliability, and efficiency across sites.
• Analyze data with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and Excel to provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders globally to identify constraints and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support expansion and development of segmentation practices within fulfilment processes.
• Facilitate performance reviews, governance, and continuous improvement across the global supply chain.
