Danfoss is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to deliver end-to-end support across onboarding, payroll, and offboarding for our workforce. You will be the single point of contact, ensuring accurate data input and timely responses, collaborating with Site and Regional HR teams.

The role emphasizes learning, knowledge management, and a strong customer focus to improve HR processes. English is mandatory, with Spanish or Portuguese a plus, and a commitment to inclusion and professional development.

Formación

• Relevant HR experience, ideally with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient with HR service tools (e.g., HR ServiceHub) and eager to learn and grow.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism, discretion, and employee focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the resolution of incoming HR Service tickets and input accurate payroll data.
• Support employees and managers with exceptional service and HR solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR Service Team Members to meet SLA timeframes.
• Develop and implement HR knowledge articles for supported region.
• Continuously update content based on user feedback to improve service.
