Danfoss is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to support global HR operations and ensure our HR platforms run smoothly. You will own configuration, testing, data integrity, and user guidance across HRIS, including ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors.

Your work enables HR teams and leaders with accurate data for strategic decisions, driving continuous improvement and an improved employee experience.

Formación

• Experience with HRIS configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Deep understanding of payroll, benefits, performance, and recruiting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system issues.
• Attention to detail with high data accuracy in HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Configure HRIS modules and independently manage designated areas.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with IT for resolutions.
• Conduct system audits and data validations to ensure data integrity.
• Provide HR users with guidance, training, and documentation on HRIS processes.
• Participate in HR system upgrades and new module implementations.
• Support release management by testing changes in non-production environments.
• Evaluate requirements and propose configuration improvements.
• Assess impacts of system changes and advise stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities to optimize HR workflows.
