Johnson Controls, Inc. in Mexico seeks an HR Advisor to deliver frontline HR services, including onboarding, payroll support, and HR system transactions. You will collaborate with HRBPs, Tier 2, and COE teams to ensure accurate data and timely responses.

Essentials include strong English, excellent communication, and experience with HRIS like Workday and Oracle. A customer-service mindset and organizational skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field required.
• Excel skills (Pivot tables, macros, etc.) desirable.
• Advanced English.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• High customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and follow up.
• Desirable experience in HR Service Centers, HR operations or Payroll.
• Experience with HRIS like Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end ownership of employee inquiries and people leaders via phone support or cases.
• Participate in creating knowledge articles for the knowledge base.
• Specialized in standard and non-standard HR policies practices.
• Onboarding and offboarding support.
• Process transactions in HR systems (Workday, SNOW) to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide specialized administrative support to HR, Managers and Vendors.
• Reporting and auditing Data Management.
• Coordinate with Vendors and COE for day-to-day activities.
• Ensure SLA and KPI adherence for calls, cases, transactions.
• Assign to multiple functional areas as needed.
• Support enrollment to Payslip tools and payroll systems (ADP/Meta4/Workday).
• Perform overpayment calculations, military or jury duty, and other required calculations.
