Danfoss is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to support global HR operations and ensure our HR platforms run smoothly. You will own configuration, testing, data integrity, and user guidance across HRIS, including ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors.

Your work enables HR teams and leaders with accurate data for strategic decisions, driving continuous improvement and an improved employee experience.

  • Conduct system audits and data validations to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide HR users with guidance, training, and documentation on HRIS processes.
  • Participate in HR system upgrades and new module implementations.
  • Support release management by testing changes in non-production environments.
  • Evaluate requirements and propose configuration improvements.
  • Assess impacts of system changes and advise stakeholders.
  • Identify automation opportunities to optimize HR workflows.

Your work directly impacts the employee experience, making every interaction with our HR technology-from onboarding to daily support-seamless, intuitive, and efficient.

You will be the trusted expert for core platforms like ServiceHub (ServiceNow) and PeopleNow (SAP SuccessFactors). This is more than a maintenance role; it's your chance to be a problem-solver and a driver of continuous improvement, shaping a user-friendly digital environment for the entire organization.

By ensuring our systems are accurate and reliable, you empower our HR teams and business leaders with the data they need to make strategic decisions, directly contributing to Danfoss's success.

What You'll Be Doing

Your role will focus on ensuring the stability, integrity, and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape.

  • Perform system configuration for designated HRIS systems, independently managing assigned modules or functional areas.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and collaborate with IT to resolve system or integration problems, addressing complex issues and identifying root causes.
  • Conduct system audits and data validations to ensure data integrity, compliance, and accuracy, proactively identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
  • Support HR users by providing expert guidance, training, and documentation on HRIS processes and system functionality.
  • Participate in HR system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or features, owning specific workstreams or enhancement initiatives within the broader program.
  • Support release management by testing changes in non-production environments, identifying defects, and ensuring successful resolution and readiness for deployment.
  • Evaluate business requirements and recommend system configuration or process improvements within their area of expertise.
  • Assess impacts of system changes on related processes and provide guidance to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing workflows within assigned areas.
What We're Looking For
  • Solid experience in HR systems / HRIS, including hands-on configuration, testing, and issue resolution responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, performance, recruiting), with deep expertise in one or more functional areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex and nuanced system issues independently.
  • Attention to detail; able to execute tasks with high data accuracy and ensure quality standards across deliverables.
  • Ability to make recommendations within their area of expertise and guide stakeholders on system-related decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
