Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an HR - Sales Compensation Associate to support compensation plans, data accuracy, and payroll coordination in a hybrid work environment in Mexico. The role requires advanced Excel and strong communication skills in English.

• Support the HR Sales Compensation Analysts with information regarding the sales plans.
• Maintain and update compensation information pertinent to each division.
• Support the verified accuracy and timeliness of payments; submit this information to payroll as requested.
• Answer questions from sales employees regarding compensation.
• Support activities needed for the development, implementation and administration of incentive programs and policies.
• Manage Workday reports.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19,991.67 - $23,500.00 MXN Monthly Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
