Superior Industries International, Inc. in Chihuahua, Mexico, seeks an HR professional to ensure the HR department operates efficiently, stays compliant with procedures and labor regulations, and maintains smooth employee workflows in the HRIS system.

You will provide excellent service to staff, manage personnel files, and support payroll basics. A Bachelor's in HR and minimum two years of HR experience are required; familiarity with eTress HRIS is a plus, with SuccessFactors desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR Administration or related field.
• 2 years of professional HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems (eTress).
• Knowledge of payroll processes and IMSS basics.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Ensuring the operational efficiency of the Human Resources Department, maintaining compliance with internal procedures and applicable labor regulations, as well as maintaining the correct flow of the employee's work cycle in the HRIS system. Providing excellent service to the staff. May be responsible for other areas of Human Resources related to their work center.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE

2 years of professional experience in the Human Resources area.

Handling e Tress System in the Human Resources module (capture and consultation module).

Handling of Success Factor (desirable).

Administration and control of personnel files.

KNOWLEDGE

• Payroll process basics (delivery times).
• IMSS (additions, cancellations and salary modifications).
