Thomson Reuters is seeking a motivated HR Operations Intern to support onboarding, records management, and admin tasks. This hybrid, part-time role in Mexico City offers exposure to HR policies and teamwork within a global organization.

You will assist with materials, documentation, and collaborative projects while developing a foundational understanding of HR principles and cross-functional collaboration. English at a basic level is expected.

Formación

• Pursuing studies or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist onboarding for new hires, prepare training materials and paperwork.
• Support HR administrative tasks and office operations.
• Organize and maintain HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
• Collaborate with HR on special projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment through teamwork.
