Rockwell Automation is seeking a student intern to support onboarding, maintain employee records, and assist with benefits administration across Monterrey and LATAM. You will contribute to delivering high-quality HR services while upholding confidentiality and policy compliance.

Formación

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, industrial relations, or related field.
  • Minimum one year remaining before graduation at time of application.
  • Availability to work on-site in Guadalupe, Nuevo León.
  • Customer service mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain personnel files and HR documentation per company policies.
  • Provide administrative support for high-volume HR processes and transactions.
  • Assist with benefits administration activities for assigned countries.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and employees to resolve inquiries.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of HR transactions and records.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions and job-related updates.

Support the delivery of efficient and high-quality Human Resources services across Monterrey and selected LATAM countries. You will contribute to this objective by supporting onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of HR transactions. Additionally, you will help provide an excellent employee experience while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support employee onboarding and new hire activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain personnel files and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and HR standards.
  • Provide administrative support for high-volume HR processes and transactions.
  • Assist with benefits administration activities for assigned countries.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and employees to resolve routine inquiries.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of HR transactions and employee records.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions, development opportunities, and job-related updates.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of one year remaining before graduation at the time of application.
  • Availability to work on-site in Guadalupe, Nuevo León.
  • Customer service mindset and strong communication skills.
