LawRank Mexico, part of EverService, is seeking a motivated HR Intern to begin and develop a career in human resources. You will support recruiting, onboarding, documentation, and administrative follow-up while gaining hands-on exposure to HR processes in a collaborative environment.

The role is part-time with a hybrid work arrangement, designed to fit with school commitments. You will gain hands-on experience across HR and administrative processes and receive direct guidance from the HR team.

Formación

• Currently enrolled, final or penultimate semester in HR or related field.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; reliable and proactive.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Organize employee files and HR records; maintain databases and trackers.
• Process documentation, signatures, invoices, and administrative requests.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with vendor information collection.
• Support office purchases and vendor follow-ups; assist Office Management.
• Help organize internal events and HR projects.
• Perform additional duties as needed by management.
