PROTRANS INTERNATIONAL LLC seeks an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR processes for employees in Mexico. You will maintain records, handle onboarding/offboarding, manage benefits and payroll updates, and answer HR questions while safeguarding confidential information.

You will also support HR data integrity, audits, reports, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Finance, and other teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in HR operations/administration.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, confidentiality standards.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now, Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in employee data and documentation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred for North America HR.
• HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and onboarding documents.
• Create and manage employee records and onboarding workflows.
• Process and record employee data changes (promotions, transfers, terminations).
• Verify payroll-related changes and align HR data with payroll outputs.
• Support enrollment and administration of benefits programs.
• Assist with recruitment and pre-hire activities and background checks.
• Maintain HRIS information including compensation, attendance, performance, and termination records.
• Support offboarding and ensure documents and system updates are completed.
• Assist with audits and ensure HR/payroll documentation is complete and stored.
