Job summary

NBCUniversal in Mexico City is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support payroll, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations in a dynamic TV production environment. This six-month fixed-term role focuses on delivering accurate HR processes and providing excellent service to producers and staff.

Hybrid schedule with four days in the office. You will collaborate with the HR Manager to maintain records, dashboards, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, etc.
• Demonstrated experience working within HR processes and projects (1-2 years desirable)
• Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead HR payroll reports process for payroll vendor and ensure accurate inputs
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding per production plan
• Manage core HR processes: hires, terminations, changes, absences, contracts
• Maintain organized employee records and HR handbook
• Support HR vendors management, invoices, and performance review cycles
• Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve employee issues in collaboration with HR Manager
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and document responses to Labor Attorney
• Assist with HR dashboards, data updates, and postmortem analyses
