A leading translation company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Mexico, responsible for payroll processing, compliance with labor regulations, and supporting HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, fluency in English, and knowledge of Mexican employment law. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or related field.
• Previous experience as an HR Specialist/Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Knowledge of Mexican employment law.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate payroll processing for assigned locations.
• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and labor standards.
• Support day-to-day HR operational activities.
• Assist in localizing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
• Promote a positive employee experience across locations.
• Research enhancements to HR processes.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of Mexican employment law
