Job summary

Roquette is seeking a Fixed-term HR Analyst for our Mexico People Operations Center in Querétaro to ensure accurate employee data across payroll systems like ADP and Workday.

The role focuses on data quality, case management, SOP maintenance, and process improvements across Canada and the US payroll interfaces, with a 100% onsite work expectation in Querétaro. Fluency in English and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Tier 1/ Tier 2 HR shared services across multiple sites/countries.
• 2-3 years hands-on payroll or HRIS data management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday Core HR preferred.
• Experience using a formal ticketing/case management system for high-volume inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Enter employment and personal data into payroll systems for new hires, changes and terminations for Canada and the US.
• Perform data imports for mass changes and resolve discrepancies.
• Run weekly/monthly audits via Workday reporting to ensure data consistency between HRIS and Payroll systems.
• Set up timekeeping for hourly employees and managers.
