Job summary

Roquette is seeking a Fixed-term HR Analyst in Querétaro to ensure accurate employee and personal data across payroll systems (ADP WorkforceNow, ADP Celergo) and HRIS interfaces (Workday Core HCM). The role involves data entry, audits, and supporting UKG case management for employee inquiries.

The candidate should have 2+ years in HR shared services, payroll or HRIS data management, strong Excel skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in HR shared services for a large, complex organization.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll or HRIS data management.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday (Core HCM) preferred.
• Experience using a ticketing/case management system for high-volume inquiries.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Enter employment and personal data into payroll systems for new hires, changes and terminations.
• Complete data imports for mass changes and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform weekly/monthly audits between HCM and Payroll systems for data consistency.
• Set up timekeeping for hourly employees and managers.
• Respond to inquiries in the Case Management System (UKG).
• Coach employees/managers on ADP processes to promote self-service adoption.
• Maintain SOPs and Work Instructions for data entry and audit processes.
• Investigate data discrepancies and implement fixes.
