Roquette Group in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Fixed-term HR Analyst to ensure accurate employee data across payroll systems (ADP WorkforceNow, UKG) and Workday Core HCM. The role focuses on data quality, audits, and timekeeping setup for hourly staff, with a 100% on-site requirement.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR shared services, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS/payroll data management, plus English fluency and strict confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of hands-on payroll or HRIS data management experience
• Advanced proficiency with Excel
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday (Core HCM) preferred
• Experience using a formal ticketing/case management system to manage high-volume inquiries
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Fluency in English required
• Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
• Curiosity for solving problems and challenging status quo when appropriate

Responsabilidades

• Enter all employment and personal data into payroll systems for Canada and the US for new hires, changes, and terminations
• Complete data imports for mass changes and resolve data discrepancies
• Run weekly/monthly audits using Workday reporting to ensure data integrity
• Set up timekeeping for hourly employees and managers
• Respond to inquiries within the Case Management System (UKG)
• Coach employees/managers via self-service and guide to relevant information
• Support training on ADP processes to promote end-user adoption
• Maintain SOPs and Work Instructions for data entry and audit processes
• Investigate data discrepancies and implement corrective solutions
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and mitigation strategies
• Contribute to team projects, system enhancements, and regional initiatives
