To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Data Analyst located in Guadalajara, Campus.
Reporting to the HR Generalist the HR Data Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and operational expertise to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and strategic impact of Human Resources. This role will maintain, consolidate, validate, and analyze HR data from multiple sources, develop executive dashboards, automate reporting processes, and provide actionable insights that drive data-based decision making across the HR organization.
The position will serve as a key partner for HR leaders by transforming workforce data into meaningful reports, trends, and recommendations related to headcount, hiring, attrition, retention, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
